1. Parcel Responsibility:  
   Once a parcel is picked up, RapidEx BD handles it with utmost care. However, the company is not responsible for incorrect recipient details, prohibited items, or fragile goods not properly packed.

2. Delivery Timeline:  
   While we strive for same-day delivery, unexpected circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, public holidays) may cause occasional delays.

3. Payment Policy:  
   All payments are processed through secure and verified channels. For any payment-related queries, please contact our official support.

4. Lost or Damaged Items:  
   In case of lost or damaged parcels, RapidEx will investigate and take appropriate action. Compensation, if applicable, will follow company policy and discretion.

5. Prohibited Items:  
 Illegal, restricted, or hazardous items are strictly prohibited. If such items are sent, RapidEx reserves the right to take appropriate action, including confiscation, return, or legal proceedings in accordance with Bangladeshi law. 

6. Policy Updates:  
   RapidEx reserves the right to update these terms at any time. All updates will be communicated via official channels.
